Home Wrecked, a quickly rising British group, answered a few questions from The Friday Thirteen.

1. First off, who are you and what genre of music do you make?

We are Home Wrecked and we write progressive pop/punk songs, from South Yorkshire, England.
2. If you had to describe your music with a color, what would it be?

Black. We are a dark set of lads.
3. What’s the biggest struggle you have when it comes to creating?

Writing is a fairly laid back vibe, it takes a while to get the first line, then the rest just flows.
4. If you could play any show in the world, what would it be?

Any show where we come away with new fans.
5. What do you consider your biggest musical success?

We have only been a band for 6 months. In that time we have written, recorded and released our EP, with our debut single Never Say Never airing on Kerrang! TV, BT TV, Sub TV and BBC introducing. So I’d like to say our last 6 months has just been one big success.
6. What inspired you to start making music?

Music in general.
7. If you could hear any person living or dead sing to you, who would it be?

Johnny Cash.
8. Who, aside from any band or musician, is your biggest influence?

We love football, snowboarding, partying – so all 3.
9. What’s your favorite book?

Kerrang magazine, purely because none of us read.
10. What do you like to do other than music?

Play/watch football. Watch other bands. Drink beer with the lads.
11. Who is your favorite musical artist?

To name a few; Thrice, Biffy Clyro, Ben Howard, A Day To Remember and The Story So Far
12. What’s one piece of advice you have for young musicians?

Practice, practice, practice.
13. Lastly, what’s your lucky number?

45.
